With his wolfish background and hairy, hairy face Hugh Jackman is about as manly as a litre of testosterone.
So it’s no surprise that he took on the manliest thing Disney has to offer, Beauty and the Beast’s Gaston, and owned it in the stage musical.
Never one to miss a trick Jonathan Ross invited Luke Evans – who’s going to star in the upcoming live-action remake of the film – so that the pair could have a Gaston off.
Even Taron Egerton, Hugh’s co-star in Eddie The Eagle, got involved, bursting into the opening lines like a man desperate to star in a Disney classic himself.
